A wobbly table, six easels,
and a playlist.
The first Mug & Muse night happened because a coffee shop owner had empty tables on Sunday evenings and we had a stack of canvases with nowhere to go. We pushed the tables together, poured everyone’s own drinks, and painted the same still life six completely different ways.
Nobody left with gallery-ready work. Everybody left already texting about the next one. That reaction — not the paintings — is what we’ve spent every session since trying to protect.
